My license is flexible.
I have a C1 License and a C2 license, I can switch (when needed) between the 2 depending on my numbers, as explained below.

NOTE: Of the total children Under School Age, a combined total of no more than 3 shall be infants and toddlers. Of this total, no more than 2 shall be infants.
*School Age means: a child who is at least of sufficient age to attend the first day of kindergarten OR is eligible to enter kindergarten within the next four months ( as of May 10), but is younger than 11 years of age.
